Why would I want to become a member of the WileyOutdoorSports.com Website?
WileyOutdoorSports.com provides greater discounts and specials for its members. It
doesn't cost a dime to become a member, just a little information
so we can personalize our site for your interest and let you know when
special sales or events will happen. Most member discounts are 10% to
20% below our normal low web price.
At WileyOutdoorSports.com we know price is important to you and I can
guarantee that your business is important to us. We appreciate and
invite you to make us aware of any price that is not the same or better
than what you find it for elsewhere. If we cannot match any legitimate,
in-stock, same-item deal*, you can rest assured that you have found a
true gem of a deal. Yes, it's true that we must make a profit at the end
of the day; however, day in and day out we know our offerings and
service to you will bring you back time and time again. We want and
need you as a customer and we are willing to do what it takes to see
that you deal with us! We appreciate your loyalty to come to us. We only
ask for the opportunity.

qualify each deal and make our decisions based on the individual

a security problem with a cookie? No. An HTTP Cookie cannot be used to
get data from your hard drive, get your email address or steal sensitive

Checking-Out!
Products are purchased through the use of shopping carts. No, not the kind you
push around but a virtual cart. When you find a product that you are interested
in purchasing then enter the quantity and click the ADD TO CART button next to the item.
This will add the product to your own personal shopping cart and show you its contents. You
may add as many items to your shopping cart as you would like. When you
are finished shopping, click the VIEW CART button on the main header. This
will link and show you the items in your cart. You may, at anytime, change the quantity
or remove any item from your cart. If for some reason you are
not able to finish shopping and would like to come back later, please
do so. Your shopping cart will be just as it was when you left it for
24 hours.
When you enter the Check-Out Stand, we provide three different ways for you
to purchase products from WileyOutdoorSports.com.
WileyOutdoorSports.com is based in the state of Alabama and is required by state
law to collect sales tax for all goods shipped within the state of Alabama
at a 4% tax rate. If your order is within Alabama, you
will be ask to check the SALES TAX for Alabama box during check-out. If you
check this box, then the final price will reflect the true total cost. If you
do not check this box, we will have to charge the additional sales tax prior
to shipping the order.
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Your credit card will be charged only when each item is shipped. We will
accept payment by personal check through mail orders. However, no orders
will be shipped until your check clears the Bank.
We ship orders via Fed Ex Ground the next AM . If some items of your
order can not be filled within that time, an WileyOutdoorSports.com
representative will email you the reason for delay. WileyOutdoorSports.com is
able to pass our volume shipping savings along to you. Most packages
will cost only $8.49 regardless of the number of items. We also will not
charge any additional shipping for items except on extremely heavy items
or bulk items where the actual cost would be charged. Items that are
exceptions to our Fed Ex Ground shipping agreement are marked and noted
beside that item. These items either exceed the weight limit or size
constraint. These items will be identified at the item detail page or
check-out line.
All overseas orders will be shipped via US Mail and billed to you at
WileyOutdoorSports.com actual shipping cost.
NOTE: Please, enter your street address during checkout. We are NOT
able to ship to PO Boxes.

At WileyOutdoorSports.com, we take credit card information very seriously.
Here are a few precautions we have taken to ensure credit card security:
Welcome the warning . . . On some browsers, you will receive a
warning message as you move in and out of the secure area of our site to
place your order. This warning message is simply alerting you to the fact
that your data is now going to be encrypted, or will stop being encrypted.
It doesn't seem to say so, and sometimes the message can seem a little
daunting. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to
contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail and let us help you to understand
what's going on. We want shopping with us to be a pleasant experience,
and we understand that it cannot feel that way when you aren't 100%
confident that you know where your money is going.
So as you can see, WileyOutdoorSports.com security strategy should make you
comfortable about using your credit card with us.
NOTE: Do NOT send your credit card information using e-mail. This is
not a secure method for transmitting sensitive information.
At WileyOutdoorSports.com we are concerned with protecting your privacy.
We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to
provide a personalized shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you
about special offers we think you'd appreciate. You'll never have to worry
about receiving a barrage of unexpected e-mail from us. We will not sell,
rent or trade your information. Since we do not save or store credit card
information on our server, your credit card information is protected from
hackers and unlawful access.
When joining WileyOutdoorSports.com membership, we will ask for some contact
information, such as your name, address and e-mail address. We will use the
customer contact information from the membership form to email you information
about specials or events about our company. If you do not wish to receive
future mailings, you may modify your mail information on the
Member page.
We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a
group. For instance, we might report to potential advertisers that a certain
percentage of our users are visiting the Optics department or the most popular
products due to purchasing behavior.
Shopping the WileyOutdoorSports.com Site
The quick search is an entire store search. The search compares
what you enter with three different pieces of information:
Manufacturer, Description, and the Product Write-up. If any part
of your submitted text matches exactly the word, words, or
any part of words, then it will return a list of products that meet
your criteria. The search requires at least one letter or number to
begin searching. As a general rule for searching, the root of the word
seems to do better. If your looking for tents and you enter TENTS, then
your search will miss all items that have only TENT in their product
information.
We are very proud of the manufacturers represented in our store. We think they
represent the finest in hunting and outdoor products. So to help you find
more information about them and their products, we have provided a list of
all manufacturers and, where applicable, their respective web site links.
This virtual store is laid out much like a real store. If you know
what you are looking for then finding your item is straight forward. Simply
search the site for that item in the quick search text
box provided at the top left of the every page. If you are looking for a product type like a
scope but not sure which one, then visit the Optics Department by selecting Optics
from the department list provided at the top middle of each page and click GO. Unlike the real store,
this store takes you right to the department without burning a single calorie.
Once in the department, you will find a Manufacturer list.
This is a complete list of all Manufacturers represented within that department. Select the
Manufacturer of the products you would like to see and click SHOW ME. This
will provide a complete manufacturer's product list represented in that department.
If the list doesn't provide enough information then click product
description of the product that interest you. The detail page will
provide you with a picture and a full description of that product. Also on the department page,
you will find a list product type represented in that particular department. Click the
product type and you will be provided a list of all items in that category.
So now that you know how to shop this site, What are you waiting for? Start your
great adventure.
We have provided you with shipping and tracking information from our Track Order
page. You will need your Invoice Number and UserID from your printed
invoice or email confirmation letter sent to you upon submitting your order . Please
remember that some orders may require separate packages and may arrive at
different times.
We send out weekly e-mail specials each Wednesday and
periodically when we have special information to forward to you
concerning special offers, changes to our site, etc.
You can be added to our mailing list by filling in the feedback
form provided on the contact us page. If you have been receiving
these and you wish to stop them, then please visit our
unsubscribe from emails page.
Its our goal for everyone to be satisfied with their purchase from
WileyOutdoorSports.com. If you are dissatisfied, you may return the item
any time within 30 days from the order date. For your convenience, we
have provided you with a Return Authorization (RA) section.
Get RA Number
A return due to damage, defect, or error in shipping must be
qualified by email or
phone within two weeks from receipt.
For returns that fall into this category, WileyOutdoorSports.com will immediately
ship an exact item replacement for all orders received by credit card. Once
the replacement item has been received, the original merchandise must be
returned within two weeks to prevent your credit card from being charged
for the replacement. All orders made by personal checks must be returned
to WileyOutdoorSports.com prior to shipping replacement merchandise.
We will process refunds after receipt of returned merchandise. Merchandise must
be returned in the original packaging with all pieces, accessories, instructions
and manuals. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original
purchase. Refunds from personal check purchases will have a refund check mailed
to the billing address used originally during purchase. Shipping charges are
not refundable.
