Returns and Exchanges - We accept returns and exchanges with prior approval and a RA#. To acquire approval and an "Return Authorization" number, simply email your request to help@wileyoutdoorsports.com . All merchandise must be in new condition to be resold as new with orginal packaging as well as all paperwork and tags. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped in error. A full refund will be issued upon our receipt and inspection of all merchandise. Please be sure to clearly reference any specifications or modifications needed and what action needs to be taken. Always have the original order number included which is on your invoice statement. We recommend insuring any return shipment for your protection.
